2013 Food Vendor Submission Form

Fee for 10′ x 10′ booth space is $125/day – $200/both days. (non-refundable)

City food inspection fee is $50. (Inspection fee will be paid
directly to the city inspector on the day of the event)

Additional $25 flat fee if electricity is required
