Key Dates & Regulations

A separate parking area for vendors will be provided close to the display area. Vendors will be allowed access to the Art Fest grounds for loading and unloading. Vendors with motor homes and trailers are asked to check in upon arrival for parking assignment by calling 724.971.6960. All motor homes and vehicles requiring overnight accommodations are required to notify us by May 1, 2013.

Food and Art Vendor Registrations must be received by May 1, 2013. All entries must be submitted on the registration form provided on-line. Form must be submitted by mailing to the address at the bottom of the registration form.

There will be no vendor booth refunds issued after May 11, 2013. Absolutely no pets are permitted in the Art Fest grounds.

The Art Fest Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry. Unacceptable entries will be promptly returned to you along with you payment. Your space is not reserved until it is paid for in full. Payments and Registrations are due by  May 1, 2013.
